“I recently wanted to get a vehicle but I had a issue that needed to be resolved by state auto. It auto wasn’t open for the weekend that I had purchased a vehicle so we had to wait until Monday. Monday morning on call with State Auto to make these changes. Within 30 to 50 minutes my situation is not resolved. I am now able to go pick up my new challenger coupe.
