Liz began her insurance career in 1994 working in personal and commercial lines for an independent agency in Florida. She moved with her husband, Jason, to Maryland in 1998 and continued her career working for an independent agency. In February of 2002, Liz went to work for a start up insurance company as a Personal Lines Underwriter. With the experience of working as an Agent and Underwriter, she has the tools and knowledge that sets her apart from other agents. She understands the customers’ needs as well as the company’s expectations. Liz is Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensed in multiple states.
In her personal time, Liz keeps busy with her two daughters, Labrador Retriever, and Goldendoodle. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has lived in Bel Air in Harford County, MD for more than 15 years.
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, coupled with uncompromising integrity, Ann is dedicated to helping clients determine the best coverage, evaluate risks to their financial health, and offer solutions to protect their families and businesses.
Ann is also President of Redmer Financial Group, a Baltimore County-based independent financial services organization. As an advisory representative of Lincoln Financial Securities, Member SIPC, Ann provides financial planning in the areas of asset management, retirement income planning, personal risk management, succession planning, estate planning, and farm transition planning.
Ann graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a Master of Arts degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Management. She is FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, 7 & 26 licensed and is Life, Health, Property and Casualty insurance licensed in multiple states.
Prior to joining Redmer Insurance Group, Ann was a Senior Financial Consultant with M&T Securities, and a Trust Officer with Northwest Savings Bank in the Investment and Trust Services Division. Ann’s experience is deeply rooted in banking where she spent over 30 years with Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Company, as a Vice President and Financial Consultant serving Wealth Management, Brokerage, and Retail Banking clients.
In early 2016, Ann was honored to receive an appointment from Governor Larry Hogan to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Maryland Auto Insurance Fund. Her 5 year term began October 1, 2016. She currently serves as President of the Board for the Baltimore County Police Assistance and Relief Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to members of the Baltimore County Police Department. Additionally, Ann serves on the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation Board Essex Campus, supporting fundraising efforts for scholarships and program development.
Ann and her husband Matthew enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, and family time with their children and grandchildren.
Troy has spent over a decade and a half building relationships with, and providing outstanding customer service to his clients. As Sales Representative with Redmer Insurance Group, Troy is responsible for assisting personal, commercial, and life insurance clients with determining the coverage that best suits their needs.
A Baltimore County native, Troy has been responsible for sales territories throughout Maryland and has serviced clients in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and surrounding counties. Troy enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an Orioles enthusiast who also enjoys hiking, writing and playing music, reading and supporting Special Olympics of Maryland.
Stephanie has amassed a great deal of insurance experience since she started her career in 2006. Stephanie is responsible for assisting individuals, families, and companies with determining the personal or commercial insurance coverage that best suits their needs. Her consultative approach allows her to tailor each client’s coverage to specifically match their individual situation.
Outside of the office, Stephanie’s two children, husband, and the family’s Golden Retrievers keep her extremely busy. Having lived in the Bowley’s Quarters area all her life, she is very familiar with the people and community she serves. She enjoys family vacations, being out on the boat, being at the Marina, or just spending time with her family and friends.
Debra has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, providing excellent service to both commercial and personal lines insurance clients. As Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative with Redmer Insurance Group, Debra is responsible for assisting all commercial clients with renewals, policy servicing requests, assessing needs and coverages, consulting on claims, and offering additional coverages as needed. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Maryland.
Debra began her insurance career in her home state of Pennsylvania in 2002 and moved to Maryland in 2004. Prior to joining Redmer Insurance Group, Debra served as Personal Lines Manager with McFarlin Insurance Agency in Columbia, MD. Debra enjoys spending time with her children and grandson. She enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her dog, Reese.
Beth’s main responsibility is consulting with all personal clients in discussing renewals, adding coverages and assessing needs, handling claims and processing service requests. She places a high priority on delivering an excellent customer service experience to all our customers. After an extensive career with the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Maryland Emergency Management System, working in various support roles, Beth began her insurance career as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative with State Farm. With over 30 year of commitment to community service as a Volunteer Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician, she is currently affiliated with the Kingsville and Middle River Volunteer Fire/Rescue Companies in Baltimore County. Beth resides in Chase, MD with her husband John and 2 cats and 2 dogs. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Terri has worked in office management and customer service positions for over 35 years with increasing responsibility and authority in each of her roles. She has experience in accounts payable and receivable, customer service, vendor communications, payroll, sales, assembly and much more. Her high standards for delivering excellent customer service align perfectly with our company philosophy of always putting our customer first. Terri loves meeting new people and her great social skills make her the perfect first point of contact for our agency.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves Ocean City getaways to take in the sunsets across the bay.
