Liz began her insurance career in 1994 working in personal and commercial lines for an independent agency in Florida while attending college. She moved with her husband, Jason, to Maryland in 1998 and continued her career working for an independent agency. In February of 2002, Liz went to work for a start up insurance company as a Personal Lines Underwriter. With the experience of working as an Agent and Underwriter, she has the tools and knowledge that sets her apart from other agents. She understands the customers’ needs as well as the company’s expectations. Liz is Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensed in multiple states. She also holds the prestigious Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
In her personal time, Liz keeps busy with her two daughters, Labrador Retriever, and Goldendoodle. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has lived in Bel Air in Harford County, MD for more than 15 years.
Stephanie has amassed a great deal of insurance experience since she started her career in 2006. Stephanie is responsible for assisting individuals, families, and companies with determining the personal or commercial insurance coverage that best suits their needs. Her consultative approach allows her to tailor each client’s coverage to specifically match their individual situation. Stephanie is Property & Casualty licensed and holds the Accredited Customer Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations.
Outside of the office, Stephanie’s two children, husband, and the family’s Golden Retrievers keep her extremely busy. Having lived in the Bowley’s Quarters area all her life, she is very familiar with the people and community she serves. She enjoys family vacations, being out on the boat, being at the Marina, or just spending time with her family and friends.
James started in the insurance industry while attending Harford Community College. After he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Towson University, he started working full time for a captive insurance agency. He currently holds his Property & Casualty insurance license as well as his Life & Health insurance license. James has grown his business around generating referrals from past clients, friends, family and business professionals. He thrives on building new and current referral relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title insurance representatives, accountants, financial advisors, and many more. James has a passion for networking and enjoys being able to not only serve his clients in the insurance industry, but also uses his network relationships to refer business to like-minded people.
James enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends outside of the office. He played volleyball at Towson University and loves all sports including baseball, volleyball, and disc golf. In his spare time, he frequents different disc golf courses around the area, competing with friends. James and his girlfriend reside in Perry Hall. They recently became dog owners to their Corgi, Maisy.
Debra has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, providing excellent service to both commercial and personal lines insurance clients. As Customer Service Agent with Redmer Insurance Group, Debra is responsible for assisting clients with renewals, policy service requests, assessing needs and coverages, consulting on claims, and offering additional coverages as needed. Debra is Property & Casualty insurance licensed and recently earned the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation.
Debra began her insurance career in her home state of Pennsylvania in 2002 and moved to Maryland in 2004. Prior to joining Redmer Insurance Group, Debra served as Personal Lines Manager with a local independent insurance agency. Debra enjoys spending time with her children and grandson. She enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her dog, Reese.
Stacy comes to Redmer Insurance Group with an extensive amount of experience, having worked for an independent insurance agency since 1998. For over 20 years she has been servicing Personal Lines clients. Stacy places a high priority on delivering an excellent customer service experience. She enjoys working with each client, discussing and reviewing policies, adding coverages as needed, processing service requests and handling claims. Stacy is Property & Casualty insurance licensed.
As a Baltimore native, Stacy knows her community well. She has lived in Dundalk her entire life. When Stacy is not in the office, she is spending time with her husband, two daughters, and her dog, a Bichon named Sully. Stacy enjoys reading, shopping and watching her family play sports. She also keeps busy by volunteering with her husband at the local school her husband works for and adopting a family each year.
Customer Service Agent
After an extensive career with the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Maryland Emergency Management System, working in various support positions, Beth began her insurance career as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative with a local captive insurance agency. She continued in customer service at Redmer Insurance Group consulting with customers and helping them with all of their insurance needs. Beth’s current role is supporting our sales and customer service team. She helps with claims, quoting, marketing and other various projects. Beth is Property & Casualty insurance licensed.
With over 30 year of commitment to community service as a Volunteer Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician, Beth is currently affiliated with the Kingsville and Middle River Volunteer Fire/Rescue Companies in Baltimore County. Beth resides in Chase, MD with her husband John and 2 cats and 2 dogs. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Terri has worked in office management and customer service positions for over 35 years with increasing responsibility and authority in each of her roles. She has experience in accounts payable and receivable, customer service, vendor communications, payroll, sales, assembly and much more. Her high standards for delivering excellent customer service align perfectly with our company philosophy of always putting our customer first. Terri loves meeting new people and her great social skills make her the perfect first point of contact for our agency.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves Ocean City getaways to take in the sunsets across the bay.
