“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is one that I felt compelled to write.
I recently found myself and daughter in a difficult/stressful situation and discovered that my insurance had lapsed. I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Looking back, I honestly don’t think I would have had the same successful outcome if I had tried to handle everything on my own.
After I submitted a request for an insurance quote, Markus contacted me. From our very first conversation, he was professional, kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about helping me. I ran into several obstacles during the process, but Markus stayed with me every step of the way. He returned calls, followed up consistently, and made sure I always knew what was going on.
What stood out most was that Markus never made me feel like I was just another sale.
