Liz began her insurance career in 1994 working in personal and commercial lines for an independent agency in Florida. She moved with her husband, Jason, to Maryland in 1998 and continued her career working for an independent agency. In February of 2002, Liz went to work for a start up insurance company as a personal lines underwriter. With the experience of working as an agent and underwriter, she has the tools and knowledge that sets her apart from other agents. She understands the customer’s needs as well as the company’s expectations.
In her personal time, Liz keeps busy with her two daughters and Labrador retriever. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She has lived in Bel Air in Harford County, MD for more than 10 years.
Troy has spent over a decade and a half building relationships with, and providing outstanding customer service to his clients. As Sales Representative with Redmer Insurance Group, Troy is responsible for assisting personal and commercial clients with determining the coverage that best suits their needs.
A Baltimore County native, Troy has been responsible for sales territories throughout Maryland and has serviced clients in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford and surrounding counties. Troy enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an Orioles enthusiast who also enjoys hiking, writing and playing music, reading and supporting Special Olympics of Maryland.

Stephanie has amassed a great deal of insurance experience since she started her career in 2006. As a Redmer Insurance Group Sales Representative, Stephanie is responsible for assisting individuals, families and companies with determining the Personal or Commercial insurance coverage that best suits their needs. Her consultative approach allows her to tailor each client’s coverage to specifically match their individual situation.
Outside of the office, Stephanie’s two children, husband, and the family’s Golden Retriever keep her extremely busy. Having lived in the White Marsh area all her life, she is very familiar with the people and community she serves. She enjoys family vacations, spending time with her friends and family and just relaxing whenever she can.
Jennifer has worked in customer service for over 16 years in fast-paced environments, serving a wide variety of clientele. As our dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, Jennifer is the one to call with any questions about your personal insurance policies. She currently holds property and casualty, and life and health licenses in Maryland. Jennifer is also a Notary Public for the State of Maryland.
Jennifer’s previous insurance sales experience and great communication skills make her a valuable asset to our team. Her attention to servicing personal lines is part of our initiative to continuously provide the highest quality of customer service to our existing and future clients.
Originally from West Virginia, Jennifer has lived in the Baltimore area for 14 years. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading and spending time with her 2 sons and her husband, Scott. She is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America organization.
Debra has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, providing excellent service to both commercial and personal lines insurance clients. As Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative with Redmer Insurance Group, Debra is responsible for assisting all commercial clients with renewals, policy servicing requests, assessing needs and coverages, consulting on claims, and offering additional coverages as needed. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Maryland.
Debra began her insurance career in her home state of Pennsylvania in 2002 and moved to Maryland in 2004. Prior to joining Redmer Insurance Group, Debra served as Personal Lines Manager with McFarlin Insurance Agency in Columbia, MD. Debra enjoys spending time with her children and grandson. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, cycling, gardening, and jogging.

Terri has worked in office management and customer service positions for over 35 years with increasing responsibility and authority in each of her roles. She has experience in accounts payable and receivable, customer service, vendor communications, payroll, sales, assembly and much more. Her high standards for delivering excellent customer service align perfectly with our company philosophy of always putting our customer first. Terri loves meeting new people and her great social skills make her the perfect first point of contact for our agency.
In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, her daughter, 5 grandchildren and her husband, Steve. She also loves Ocean City getaways to take in the sunsets across the bay.
As the Marketing Manager for Redmer Insurance Group, Stacey ensures that the branding and communications for the company are clear, consistent, and compliant. With over 20 years of marketing and communications experience, Stacey is accustomed to the ever-changing process of creating brand awareness through traditional and social media. She is also the marketing manager for Redmer Financial Group, a Baltimore County-based independent financial services organization.
Before joining Redmer Insurance Group, Stacey held Marketing and Communications management positions for a leading staffing company in the Baltimore area. Stacey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from University of Maryland, College Park, where she was also a member of the Track and Cross Country teams.
Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 sons. She loves to challenge herself physically and when she isn’t running around to her sons’ sporting events, she competes in local 5k races as well as half- and full-marathons.
